Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival to Colombo
On arrival to Colombo airport, our representatives will welcome you and
escort you to your desired hotel. After a delicious lunch, we will take you
to city tour of Colombo which will include the Old Parliament, the
Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) and the Fort. In
the evening, we will return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Nuwara Elliya (via Kitugala)
On Day 2, after an early breakfast we will proceed for Nuwara Elliya
en-route Kitugala where we will visit the Water Falls St. Clare’s and
Devon. Thereafter, we will reach Nuwara Wlliya. It is the premier hill
resort of Sri Lanka having a salubrious mountain climate. This place is
famous for its vast tea gardens which produces 50% of world’s best tea
and Pidurutalagala mountain peak (8282 ft).
We will have our lunch at Galway Forest Lodge. In the evening, we will
visit the one of the finest 18 hole Golf courses in Asia. Later on, return
to Galway Forest Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Kandy
Next morning, after breakfast, we will start our journey for Kandy via
visiting lush tea gardens and tea factory. On reaching Kandy, check -in to
hotel for lunch. After lunch, we will proceed for a city tour of Kandy. This
beautiful city is famous as the last capital of Sri Lankan kings and still
possesses the splendid beauty of royal era. We will guide you to a Gem
Museum, a Lapidary, and Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya. This alluring
garden was once the pleasure garden of Royal family and consist 4000 species
of rare plants. In the evening we will visit the Temple of Tooth Relic and
witness a cultural show. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 4: Colombo (Via Pinnawela)
Our next destination is Colombo but we will stop at Pinnawela. This place
is famous for an Elephant Orphanage. It was built by Sri Lanka government to
rehabilitate the abandoned or orphaned elephants. On reaching Colombo, we
will first check – in to a hotel and have our lunch. In the evening, we
will guide you to a shopping tour of Colombo and visit Ceramics Corporation
Showrooms, Majestic City Shopping Complex, and the ODEL Unlimited Dress
Boutique. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Departure from Colombo
It is the ending day of our tour package. After breakfast, we will escort
you to Colombo airport for your onward destination.
